A writer, director and producer, Victoria was recently honored as one of StudioDaily’s “Exceptional Women in Production” for her directing, Victoria’s films are included in the collection of the Motion Picture Academy’s Mary Pickford Film Library and were part of a special exhibit of the Library of Congress. TV work includes dramas, comedies, docs and specials aired on ABC, A&E, Discovery, PBS, Logo, Turner and in more than 25 countries, including England’s Channel Four, France’s Canal Plus, CCTV (China) and Spanish TV. Victoria directed and co-produced the indy TV pilot for Outlaugh, which was subsequently picked up by Logo and ran for years starring Margaret Cho. As producer, Saying Kaddish was nominated for an Emmy and An Empty Bed was a New York Times Critic’s Pick. She is credited with story by & additional dialog, and  consulting producer, on the 2019 indie feature "The Girl From Provence".
 

Victoria has directed and/or produced for the stars of Orange Is the New Black, Seinfeld, Law & Order SVU, and The Walking Dead, as well Tony winner Marcia Rodd (in the 2017 comedy film Open House). She just wrapped GREY, a drama about consent starring Mikel Miller (Bosch, Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D.), which she co-wrote and co-directed with Micha Linton. Other film credits include noir thriller, Room 32, a festival favorite that, 15 years later, just picked up two new medals; the award-winning The Amish: Not to Be Modern, and Pair of Jokers, starring Jerry Stiller (King of Queens; Seinfeld).
 

Creating content across genres, borders, and generations, Victoria has written and developed projects with Nobel Prize-winner Toni Morrison, Talking Heads’ David Byrne, and photographer Robert Frank. Her current IP includes the feature film Beyond the Veil, a thriller about karmic justice and the misappropriation of land from Native Hawaiians set in modern-day Kauai and 1860s China; The Mage, an international TV series inspired by true events featuring a psychic warrior who battles evil across time and space; and DOGS! Waiting to Be Loved, a family-friendly film with original music she’s written with Broadway composer Norman Thalheimer and Grammy winner Charlie Midnight.
